This program empowers women to become financially independent through business-oriented training. Participants learn tailoring, food processing, handicrafts, and micro-enterprise management. We guide them in forming SHGs, accessing loans, and managing savings. Women receive mentorship from local entrepreneurs and experienced trainers. The initiative boosts family income and enhances women’s decision-making power. Products made by women are showcased in community events and local markets. This program is running successfully across multiple villages in West Champaran.
