We organized practical skill development training for unemployed youth to help them secure job opportunities. Training covered areas like basic computer use, tailoring, mobile repair, and small business management. Participants were mentored by certified trainers and local entrepreneurs. Many youth gained confidence to start micro-businesses or apply for entry-level jobs. The program helped reduce unemployment and economic pressure in their families. Community centers were used to make training accessible to all. This activity was carried out mainly in Nautan and surrounding villages.
